We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE, CILEx-qualified, or have equivalent experience to join my clients Occupiers’ and Public Liability (OL/PL) department. Litigation Lawyer Position Overview:

• Handle a varied OL/PL caseload. Progressing files efficiently, negotiating settlements, representing clients in court, and securing early payments on account
• Lead on claimant costs negotiations, including fixed costs disputes, preparing legal documents (e.g. bills, Part 23/Part 8 applications), and attending assessment or costs hearings
• Familiarity with Proclaim case management system is a plus.
