Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer with 1+ years’ PQE, or have equivalent experience, to join my clients Employer’s Liability (EL) department. Our client is a prestigious Law Firm and is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic Litigation Team in Manchester.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will have experience across the full spectrum of personal injury employer's liability litigation. You will have the proven billing track record and a focus on advancing cases to the best outcome for clients.

Property Litigation Solicitor Experience to include:

• Handle a varied EL caseload from cradle to grave
• Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary.
