Litigation Paralegal

Top Legal 500 law firm in Manchester, are currently recruiting a diligent, confident, self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Minimum of 1 years experience within the field of Litigation is essential. Hybrid working along with clear progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious matters while working closely with experienced solicitors and partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners and managing aspects of litigation files, whilst developing their technical skills and progressing their legal career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Essential Experience for this Litigation Paralegal role:
Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Experience dealing with County Court claims
Experience liaising with Counsel
Basic knowledge of Solicitors’ Accounts RulesKey Responsibilities for this Litigation Paralegal role:
Assisting with the management of litigation matters from instruction to conclusion
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Assisting with conducting County Court proceedings
Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation
Liaising with clients, Counsel, and third parties
Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Providing general support to fee earners on a range of litigation mattersEssential Skills for this Litigation Paralegal role:
Educated to degree level
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Confidence and self-motivation
Ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressurised environment
Strong attention to detail
IT literate
Demonstrable willingness to learn and progressDesired qualifications for this Litigation Paralegal role:
