A well-established law firm is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its Litigation team, specialising in Contentious Trusts & Probate matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop knowledge in this specialist area under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include:

• Attending client meetings alongside senior fee earners
• Taking detailed notes and drafting correspondence
• Preparing instructions for counsel and assembling court bundles
• Drafting legal documents and communicating cost estimates
• Liaising with opponents, counsel, and experts
• Attending court as required and travelling between offices to meet client needs
• Networking internally and externally to support business development

What we need from you:

• Previous experience working in a litigation team within a law firm preferred
• Strong file management and word processing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct legal research
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to work under direct supervision and develop towards greater independence
