About the Role:
Our client, a highly respected national law firm with a strong reputation for trusted legal advice and a collaborative "one-team" culture, is seeking an ambitious Litigation Paralegal to join their growing disputes team. With offices strategically located across the Midlands and East Anglia, this firm is known for its commercial approach, longstanding client relationships, and commitment to developing talented professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, fee-earning Paralegal with previous experience in a similar role to support a busy Litigation department handling a broad range of contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents and correspondence related to dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Assist with preparation of court bundles, witness statements, instructions to counsel, and other case materials.
• Conduct legal research to support fee earners with case strategy and procedural requirements.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage client/matter files, ensuring accurate filing, archiving, and database updates.
• Operate the case management system and maintain electronic document storage.
• Transcribe digital dictation and prepare drafts of pleadings, applications, and routine court documents.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, take notes, and assist with matter progress updates.
• Support administrative tasks, including bundling, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing communications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with Lexcel and internal risk management requirements.
• Support the wider disputes team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal in Litigation or Dispute Resolution is essential.
• Strong understanding of basic court processes, legal procedures, and deadlines.
• Excellent drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organisational abilities and confidence working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Positive, adaptable approach to teamwork and supporting colleagues across all levels.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
