Litigation Paralegal in Chorley Hybrid Working

A specialist litigation firm is looking for an experienced paralegal to work out of their Chorley office. Please note this is a hybrid working role with 2 days per week worked from home. The successful applicant will be running their own mixed caseload of litigated and pre-litigated employers liability, public liability and road traffic accident cases under the supervision of the Managing Director.
Typical duties will include but are not limited to, drafting correspondence and legal documents, legal research, speaking to and taking instructions from clients, speaking to opponents and other parties on a claim such as the court and running files
Given that the role involves running a caseload, applicants are going to need significant experience in personal injury/civil litigation.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 25k to 30k.
