An exciting opportunity for a Junior Qualified Solicitor who is keen to work on leading cases for claimants in high-profile collective claims.

This team is recognised for its depth of expertise which spans across environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer and financial mis-selling claims. These are significant cases taken to High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. 

The Role:

• Work on complex, high-value litigation alongside an experienced team
• Progress individual and group claims from initial instruction through to trial
• Reviewing documentation and evidence
• Preparing witness statements and instructions to counsel
• Drafting pleadings and legal correspondence

What Qualifications and Skills are Required?

• Qualified solicitor NQ - 3 PQE
• Strong litigation background 
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
