Litigation Solicitor

Job Title: Litigation Solicitor 1-6PQE

Our client is an award-winning law firm, that is highly regarded in the Cambridgeshire region. It has an opening for a Litigation Solicitor to join its Huntingdon office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, friendly and supportive team that has already established itself locally and regionally, whilst also dealing with some nationally reported cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial disputes such as shareholder and company issues
• Civil litigation cases including negligence, PI and TOLATA claims
• Contract disputes, debt recovery and other general litigation matters
• Property litigation disputes, both residential and commercial

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1PQE, with a proven track record of dealing with a varied disputes caseload
• Advocacy experience in County and High Courts
• Organising and preparation of trial bundles
