Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to take ownership of a high-quality litigation caseload with a strong focus on property litigation? Do you have the drive to build and grow a department within a well-established law firm in Hertfordshire?

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be tasked with leading the small Litigation team, which consists of a full-time Secretary, a part-time Secretary and a Paralegal. You will be managing a varied caseload of litigation matters including:

• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Dilapidation and forfeiture claims
• General contract disputes
• Lease disputes 

About You:

• Qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 10PQE
• Commercially minded and technically strong litigator
• Commutable to Potters Bar
