Job Title: Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum
Location: Huddersfield
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Deal with a wide range of disputes including: Contractual and commercial disputes, Commercial property and real estate litigation, Construction-related claims, Shareholder and partnership disputes, Corporate and director-related conflicts
• Advise a broad mix of business clients, from SMEs to larger corporates
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings where necessary
• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice with a commercial focus
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide a joined-up service
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law and procedural rules
