Litigation Solicitor

We have a new opportunity available to join a successful Law Firm, based in Southend-on-Sea, as a Litigation Solicitor.

You will be working for an established Law Firm with a history of 130 years, with two offices in Essex, they are well regarded with a fantastic reputation. Their services include Property, Dispute Resolution, Wills, Trust and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Family and Divorce, Commercial and Business, and Employment. As the Litigation Solicitor, you will be joining their Dispute Resolution Department, based at their Head Office in Southend on Sea. You will be working in a friendly, busy team where attention to detail is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position, and your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with an hour for lunch.

• Residential possession proceedings (essential)
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes (essential)
• Contract Disputes (desirable)
• Debt Recovery (desirable)
• Land disputes such as trespass/easements etc (desirable)
• Contentions Probate (desirable)
• Employment (desirable)

This opportunity is open to Paralegals, through to 10+ PQE.
