Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution Department of an award winning Essex based firm.

The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team in a busy department, have an eye for detail and have experience in the following areas:

• Residential possession proceedings (essential)
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes (essential)
• Contract Disputes (desirable)
• Debt Recovery (desirable)
• Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc) (desirable)
• Contentions Probate (desirable)
• Employment (desirable)

The department is well established, has a heavy workload and a close knit, highly reputable team. The firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor with around 3-4+ years PQE however given their current structure they would also consider candidates who are Newly Qualified or Senior Paralegal if they can demonstrate a good level of experience with a similar sized firm.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Job type: Full-time, Hybrid Considered.
