We are working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm, seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Dispute Resolution team. Position: Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 1–7 years (guideline only – all relevant experience considered)
Location: Southend on Sea
Salary: Negotiable DOE + Bonus Scheme + Hybrid Working

Key Experience Required: The ideal candidate will be a team player with a keen eye for detail and strong litigation experience. You must have experience in the following areas:

Essential:

• Residential possession proceedings
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes

Desirable:

• Contract disputes
• Debt recovery
• Land disputes (e.g., trespass, easements)
• Contentious probate
• Employment law matters
