The Opportunity
We're looking for two experienced Litigation Solicitors to join our expanding team—ideally one based in our Taunton/Wellington office and another covering Minehead, Bridgwater, and Williton. If you're a confident, commercially aware solicitor ready to handle a diverse caseload and represent clients through all stages of litigation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a varied and interesting litigation caseload
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and witness statements
• Represent clients at court, mediations, and settlement meetings
• Deliver strategic, clear, and practical legal advice
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's growth
• Stay current with legal developments in litigation and dispute resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
• 5+ years PQE with solid litigation experience
• Strong technical knowledge of CPR and litigation processes
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach with commercial awareness

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in commercial litigation and property disputes
• Familiarity with ADR methods
• Involvement in business development
