Job Title: Litigation Solicitor - Civil Litigation
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid Working Available)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing legal team. You will work alongside an experienced Senior Director, managing a diverse and challenging caseload in civil litigation. Your duties will include handling a variety of cases, such as boundary and land disputes, professional negligence, property damage claims, debt recovery, and contract disputes.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing a range of civil litigation matters, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
Conducting in-depth case reviews, particularly for complex disputes, liability issues, rejected settlement proposals, and ongoing investigations.
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth case progression.
Attending hearings, preparing cases, and instructing counsel when required.

Application Criteria:
Experience in handling civil litigation cases is essential.
Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive. Applications from trainees nearing qualification are also welcome.
Applications from qualified by experience candidates or experienced civil litigators are highly encouraged.
