Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a long-standing and reputable law firm, based in Leamington Spa, which is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in representing the company’s clients with determination, realism, and common sense throughout the litigation process.

Role: Litigation Solicitor
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor role:

• Handle a mixed Litigation caseload from start to completion. This will include but is not limited to negligence claims, financial disputes, disputes about land, contracts, property disputes, inheritance act claims, will disputes and commercial contract disputes.
• Represent clients at court proceedings.
• Provide an expert service to new and existing clients.

Required Skills:

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of PQE in litigation law.
• Someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Someone who can travel when necessary for court proceedings.
