This role is ideal for a confident litigator with a proven track record in managing complex disputes, a deep understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and hands-on experience with High Court litigation. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters including:
  
  • Landlord and Tenant disputes
  • Contentious Probate
  • Contractual Disputes
  • Employment law issues
  • Civil Litigation
  • Boundary Disputes
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring high standards of client service and legal compliance.
• Engage in all phases of litigation from the initiation of the case through to completion, including trial preparation and trial.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the firm's reputation in civil litigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in civil litigation within a legal environment (3+ years PQE).
• Proven track record of dealing with complex legal matters and experienced in High Court litigation.
• Clear understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Professional demeanour with strong client interaction skills.
• Technical competence in litigation law.
