Job Title – Litigation Solicitor
Location – Essex

A highly regarded, expanding law firm with multiple offices across North Essex, is looking to recruit a confident and ambitious Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 12 months’ PQE who is seeking high-quality work, genuine progression prospects and a friendly, supportive environment.

The Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering exposure to a wide-ranging and stimulating caseload involving both individual and corporate clients. Matters typically include:

• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery and bankruptcy
• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues
• TOLATA claims
• Contentious probate and Inheritance Act matters
• Neighbour disputes, boundary issues and professional negligence claims
• Other general civil litigation work

You'll be supported by a well-structured litigation team while also having autonomy to run your own files.

? About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 12 months PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to case management
