The Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, providing clear, pragmatic advice to individuals and businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor to play a key role in the continued growth of their contentious practice.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a broad caseload including contractual disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, professional negligence, and shareholder or partnership disputes.
Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and other key litigation documents.
Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings as required.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Supporting the firm's business development initiatives, including networking, marketing, and client events.
Supervising or mentoring junior team members where appropriate.About You

A qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 years' PQE) with solid experience in general civil and/or commercial litigation.
Strong technical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and dispute resolution processes.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
A team player who is also confident working independently.
