Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE | Gloucestershire

I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucestershire that is looking to strengthen its established Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor at 5+ PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially minded litigator looking for a broad caseload, genuine client exposure and a clear route for progression within a growing team.

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own matters while also working alongside experienced senior lawyers on larger and more complex cases.

The opportunity:

Established and progressive Dispute Resolution team
Broad range of general, civil and commercial disputes
Exposure to property litigation and contentious probate
Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
Regular client contact and responsibility for case strategy
Court, mediation and settlement experience
Opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers on larger matters
Support and supervise more junior members of the team
Scope to develop your own client relationships and business development profile
