An exciting opening for an almost or recently qualified, ambitious Commercial or Property Litigation Solicitor.

This highly reputable, and Legal 500 recognised, Property Litigation specialist operates from modern Commercial offices in Liverpool’s city centre.

The firm manage a variety of Property matters, both Residential and Commercial, specialising in Property Litigation and the recovery of property related debts. The team of Solicitors deal with technical matters from start to finish, often breaking new ground in case Law, and are ably assisted with full Paralegal/Legal Assistant support. 

The team deals with a range of Property Litigation and Commercial Property matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Commercial Litigator with a broader range of experience. You'll be joining a very experienced technical team who have gone from strength to strength over recent years due to its high-quality work and high level of Client service. You will be offered all the support you may need in getting fully up to speed.

A strong willed, confident and articulate Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 years’ PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a technical Litigation department is a must for this challenging role. If you're a very technically strong Commercial Litigator with a sound understanding of Litigation processes and procedures, you are also encouraged to apply.
