Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a varied litigation caseload
• Advise clients on contentious probate, property dispute matters, and civil/commercial disputes
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Handle pre-action matters, disclosure, and court procedure
• Attend hearings and liaise with counsel as required
• Contribute to business development and client retention

About Candidate :

• 3+ years PQE (strong candidates with slightly less experience will be considered if they show solid ability)
• A confident litigator who can manage files from instruction to resolution
• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Practical knowledge of the CPR and relevant litigation processes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Committed to delivering high standards of client care
