Litigation Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate/Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage client and matter files under supervision, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and firm requirements

• Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation

• Handle the various stages of legal proceedings effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner, protecting the client's interests

• Meet agreed KPIs while demonstrating a commercial approach to financial management

• Support business development initiatives, helping to generate new work from existing clients and professional contacts

• Commit to continued professional development within the litigation specialism
