You will have a dedicated care manager and the office team are always there at the end of the phone or when you visit the office. We want to help you progress in your role if you wish to and can support you to undertake higher learning and NVQs.

Working as a Live in Carer for Ashridge Home Care means you will receive the following benefits:

As a Live in Carer, you will live with your client in their own home for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. You will be a companion to them and support with various aspects of their daily routine, as well as working with colleagues and external agencies to provide a person-centred and holistic approach to client care. This may include home help, personal care support, cooking, medication administration, support with organising and attending medical appointments and accompanying clients on outings.
