Live-in Carer Opportunities with Home Instead Andover & East Wiltshire 

Home Instead Andover & East Wiltshire is seeking compassionate and dedicated Live-in Carers to work in long term placements for our clients in Marlborough. Multiple permanent placements are available working a regular rotation of 2-3 weeks on, starting from June, offering a rewarding career in the heart of Wiltshire. 

🌟 Position: Live-in Carer 

Location: Marlborough and surrounding areas.

Start Date: June 2025 

Contract Type: Permanent 

Permanent Working Rotation: 2–3 weeks on, 2–3 weeks off 

Daily Rate: £125–£135 depending on placement  

Food Allowance: £43.75 per week 

Travel Contribution: £50.00 towards travel costs to placement 

Accommodation: Own room with access to Wi-Fi 

Breaks: 2 hours per day 

Shared Facilities: Shared bathroom 

🧡 Key Responsibilities 

• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming. 

• Support daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping. 

• Administer and record medication. 

• Offer companionship and emotional support. 

• No moving and handling required; client has good mobility.  

• Experience in dementia care is preferable.

✅ Requirements 

• Minimum of one year’s paid care experience. 

• Must be on the DBS Update Service for a quick turnaround. 

• Subject to satisfactory references and DBS check. 

• Car driver preferred. 

• Experience in dementia care is preferable. 

• Access to a smartphone to use our bespoke app for logging daily activities. 

• Regrettably we do not have a sponsorship license at this time.
