The Role

This is a seasonal role until end of October 2024.

? As a Chef, you will be an integral part of our guest experience. Whether it's a Devonshire cream tea or a hearty Sunday roast, your culinary skills will be what makes their stay truly unforgettable. We have three fantastic venues as well as a pizza takeaway, and we cater from breakfast until evening. On a typical day you will find yourself preparing, cooking and presenting food, stock control, managing deliveries, ensuring food is stored correctly and assisting in the usual running of the kitchen.

We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to run a kitchen section
Flexibility and an ability to work weekends
Familiarity with Health & Safety practices are preferrable
