Live In Porter - Residential Buildings

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Live In Porter to join the team at a luxury development in South West / Central London.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 0800am - 12:00pm & 15:00pm - 18:00pm & Saturdays 08:00am - 12:00pm

Salary: £18,790.40 per annum

Benefit: 1 Bedroom Apartment

Job Description:

• Cleaning the communal areas.
• Handyman jobs such as changing light bulbs.
• Ensuring all interal and external areas are maintained such as caretaking for the gardens, jet washing keeping flower arrangements tidy.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service, assisting with their luggage, and assisting with directions
• Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for site.
• Answers questions & assist clients with reasonable requests
• Ensure all residents receive fast, efficient and friendly service
• Maintain the cleanliness of the car park, ensuring it is kept neat and tidy at all times
• Work alongside the concierge team and ensure constant updates on the residents and estate ar communicated to ensure smooth running of the daily operations
• Keep an eye out for suspicious activity in and around the entrance and alert security of any suspicious activity.

Requirements:

• Must be Live In Porter
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible, confident and approachable
• Previous experience as a Porter or Live in porter within a luxury fast paced environment
• Attentive and proactive
• Passionate about delivering service excellence
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients
• Good knowledge of the London area and surrounding local area
• Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail
• Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance and personal hygiene
