Live Out Housekeeper, Burford, The Cotswolds, £38k GPA

We have an excellent opportunity available for a housekeeper who is seeking to transition to the private industry.
A HNW family are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their household team. You will be working in a team of one other housekeeper and a head housekeeper and will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of the residence, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the family and their guests. This would be the perfect role for someone who has worked in 5* hotels or in luxury hospitality,

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Care for delicate fabrics, ironing, and wardrobe organisation.
• Ensure all rooms are tidy, well-stocked, and beautifully presented.
• Support the household during events, ensuring seamless service and presentation.
• Follow instructions and schedules to ensure smooth household operations.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products, linens, and household essentials.
• Assist with shopping, deliveries, and other household tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a HNW or luxury household preferred.
• Discreet, professional, and highly organised.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to the household’s needs.
• Ability to work efficiently under direction while also taking initiative.

Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends in rotation with the team.
Salary: £38k
Start: ASAP (willing to consider up to 1 month notice period)
