Live-In Care Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Live-In Care Manager to join a very reputable and successful domiciliary care provider in Twyford.
 
The company is looking for a commercially minded manager to lead the growth of its existing private live-in care service, developing referral pathways and building relationships with local hospitals, discharge teams and the wider community.
 
What's on offer:

£35,000-£40,000 per annum.
Clear, uncapped performance bonus.
Minimal on call (1 in 9 weeks).
Additional £150 per weekend on-call. 
Live-In Care Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the development and growth of the company's private live-in care service.
Build a strong pipeline of private live-in care enquiries and convert suitable opportunities into new care packages.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge teams, healthcare professionals, GP surgeries and other local referral partners.
Proactively network within the local community to increase awareness of the live-in care service and establish new referral pathways.
Meet prospective clients and their families, completing assessments and developing high-quality, person-centred care packages.
Oversee the mobilisation of new live-in care packages, ensuring clients and carers are appropriately matched and supported.
Recruit, support and develop live-in carers to ensure the service has the capacity to grow while maintaining excellent standards of care.
Maintain strong standards of CQC compliance, care planning, governance and quality assurance.
Work closely with the wider management team to identify opportunities for growth and establish the company as a leading provider of private live-in care locally. 
Live-In Care Manager Requirements:

Previous experience as a Live-In Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within domiciliary or live-in care.
Confident networking and developing new relationships within the local community.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Commercial awareness with the ability to support the growth of a private home care service.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
