Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference? Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Live-In Carer to support S, a sociable and vibrant individual in his early 30s who lives in Penzance.

About the Role

S has Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and uses a powerchair 24/7. Despite his condition, he leads an active, fulfilling life filled with watching cricket and football matches, listening to music and spending time with family and friends. He values his independence and needs a carer who can help him live life to the fullest.

As a Live-In Carer, you’ll assist S with moving, positioning, and personal care while encouraging his independence. Driving a manual car is essential, as S has a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) that allows him to maintain a busy social life, including late nights and events.

This role requires someone who is energetic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting others in achieving their goals and enjoying life.
