At Right at Home Solent, we help people in our local community live independently in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to support clients in and around the Fareham area.

Whether you're an experienced Care Assistant or have a caring nature and are looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide full training and ongoing support.

Pay & Working Pattern

• £128 per day

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

• Live-in placements in and around the Fareham area

Your Role

As a Live-in Carer, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support, including:

• Personal care

• Companionship

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Shopping and errands

• Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes

Who We're Looking For

• Care Assistant experience is preferred but not required

• A kind, compassionate, and reliable individual

• Excellent communication skills

• Eligible to live and work in the UK

• Aged 18 or over
