Live-in Rota Nanny

A loving family based in South Kensington, London, is seeking an experienced live-in Rota Nanny to care for their two young children—a toddler and a newborn.

This is a shared-care position working alongside an existing nanny on a 7 days on / 7 days off rota schedule.

About the Role:

• Provide nurturing, reliable, and organised care, with a strong focus on routine, particularly sleep patterns, child development, and milestones.
• Deliver age-appropriate developmental activities both at home and through external classes or social groups to stimulate and support the baby’s growth.
• Prepare freshly cooked, nutritious meals for the children as part of everyday nursery duties.
• Collaborate closely with the parents and the other nanny, ensuring excellent communication and continuity of care.
• Occasionally travel internationally (USA and Europe) accompanying the family alongside the other nanny.
• Live-in accommodation includes a private room and bathroom.
• The family has additional staff including a chef, housekeeper, and drivers, so the nanny’s focus remains on childcare.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in live-in, rota, and shared-care roles, preferably with longevity in previous positions.
• Skilled in managing young children, ideally with personal experience as a parent.
• Caring, energetic, honest, and highly organised.
• Preferably a French speaker.
• Car driver a plus but not essential.
• No pets in the household.
