Live-in Senior Housekeeper

Tiger Private is looking for a highly experienced and professional Live InSenior Housekeeper for a prestigious household in Kensington. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, discreet, true team-player, highly organized and flexible, with proven experience managing housekeeping teams and running the day-to-day operations of a busy yet friendly family home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the residence to a high standard
• Manage and coordinate a team of three other housekeepers, including creating and maintaining staff rotas and schedules
• Hands-on cleaning, laundry, wardrobe management, and household organisation
• Liaise with household staff, external contractors, and service providers
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation of all areas at all times
• Monitor and manage household inventory and supplies
• Maintain pet care routines in coordination with the other staff
• Report directly to the Principals or the Operations Director

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a private household
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a dynamic family environment
• Pet-friendly and child-friendly
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
• Fluent in English; eligibility to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check required

Job Title: Senior Housekeeper – Private Residence, Kensington
Salary: £50,000- £60,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Live-in (staff accommodation)
Start Date: October 2025 (earlier start possible for the right candidate)
