Live-out House Manager required in Chelsea Summer 2025 Start

• Managing the in-house housekeeping team (typically 2, plus additional staff in the summer)
  


• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the property to the highest of standards
  


• Ensuring technical systems (e.g. AC, AV, lighting) are understood and demonstrated confidently to the client
  


• Supporting the family’s hosting and entertaining, including occasional large gatherings and afternoon teas
  


• Hands-on service when required, including table service and event preparation
  


• Maintaining an excellent relationship with the external Property Management team
  


• Upholding top-tier presentation and standards throughout all areas of the residence
  


• Being adaptable and stepping into various roles as needed, especially during busy periods, including housekeeping
  

Requirements

• Prior experience managing large, high-value private homes
  


• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
  


• Confident managing teams, leading by example, and ensuring excellence at all times
  


• Able to handle pressure and a seasonal work cycle, with a very busy summer and quieter winter where your duties are lighter
  


• Discreet, proactive, organised, and able to anticipate needs
  


• Familiarity with high-spec finishes and knowing when to involve professionals
  


• Must live within an easy commute to Chelsea
  


• Right to work in the UK


• Non-driver role – the position is largely house-based with occasional errands
