Up to £90,000
Remote (1/2 times a month in office)

My Client is looking for a highly skilled LLM Engineer specialising in finetuning models to join their growing GenAI function and help collaborate across different teams in order to move the companies strategy and vision forward.

Responsibilities:
Training, finetuning and deployment of Large Language Models
Measuring the performance of LLMS
Preparing models for deployment
Improving data quality

What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum of 1 or 2 years finetuning foundation models
Proficient in managing and analysing large datasets
Familiarity with common failure modes in model finetuning and effective solutions for addressing them
Excellent communication skills
Strong background in Python, AWS
Desirable experience with data-centric AI (e.g. data augmentation, auto labelling) and git version control/ gitflow
