Team/Role Overview

Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is a market leading, award-winning provider of cash management, cards and trade, solutions to financial institutions, public sector, and corporate clients around the world. Liquidity Management Services (LMS) is a division of Citi’s Services Organisation offering global product solutions that help clients manage and optimize return on cash balances, including a range of options for managing cash, matched to requirements around risk, liquidity, and yield.

What you’ll do

Business Execution

• Preparation and coordination of materials for monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews for both LMS and Core Accounts

• Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and target operating model(s).  

• Support and oversee meetings aligned with the LMS and Core Accounts Heads responsibilities.

• Track action items from committees and other forums and to provide transparency and updates on behalf of the Global Services Execution team.

• Drive, influence, and challenge processes to ensure productivity and efficiency across a complex matrix organisation.

Financial and Headcount Management

• Oversee and support the production of the monthly business financials, building an in depth understanding, supporting the team on performing ongoing reviews to track monthly 'actuals vs forecast' trends for the total expense base.

• Maintain records of headcount, open roles, and contractors across the LMS organization to ensure alignment with budget and future planning.

• Support the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, headcount management cycle in partnership with Business Execution Strategy and Finance teams.

 Tax Governance

• Develop and enhance the Governance Framework regarding Tax Documentation processes.

• Assist in providing continued oversight of the Tax Information Reporting Team

• Multiple stakeholder engagement across Product, Tax Operations, Corporate Tax, Account Opening and Onboarding teams.

• In-stilling processes to ensure regulatory compliance with Local Tax Authorities. 

What we’ll need from you

• Strong organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork

• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills

• Self-motivated, goal orientated, and with agility to pivot based on evolving requirements

• Highly organized, responsive, proactive and with excellent attention to details

• Very Strong analytical and technical skills; Excellent excel skills required.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
