Interaction Recruitment is recruiting Loaders in Witney to join a busy local waste and recycling operation.

This is a hands-on, active role working alongside a small crew on local collection rounds. No previous waste or recycling experience is essential what matters most is that you’re reliable, hardworking and happy with a physical outdoor role

What you'll be doing

Working alongside the driver and crew on local collection rounds
Loading household waste and recycling safely and efficiently
Moving bins and containers to and from the collection vehicle
Helping the team complete scheduled routes
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Providing a professional service while working within the local community

Who are we looking for?

You don't need a driving licence or specialist qualifications for this position.

We're looking for people who are reliable, punctual and physically fit, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

You'll need to be comfortable with an early start and working as part of a team to get the day's collection route completed.
