Loan Administrator

Your new company
A global bank is seeking a Loan and Trade Analyst to oversee all aspects of loan processing, trade finance transactions, and related financial instruments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in credit administration and trade finance.

Your new role

Loan Administration:

• Advise on daily loan funds.
• Manage disbursements, rollovers, rate fixings, and journal entries.
• Execute loan prepayments and process SWIFT payments.
• Oversee working capital facilities, including setup, modifications, and cancellations.
• Enter interest rates for atypical periods and exotic currencies.
• Record and claim fees, invoice clients, and maintain schedules.
• Administer facilities, issue notifications, and handle transactions.
• Maintain detailed records and liaise with clients.

Trade Finance and Guarantees:

• Draft and issue guarantees.
• Process and administer trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees, confirming, factoring).
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in Business Administration / Finance or related field.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working within the loan administration space.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, financial instruments, and trade finance is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
