Loan Administrator (Primary Servicing)

BCMGlobal Mortgage Services are seeking a Loan Administrator to join our Primary Servicing Team. In this role, you will manage various loan portfolios on behalf of our clients, performing a range of post-completion loan servicing activities in line with service level agreements, procedures, and current legislation.

As a Buy to Let Officer, you will be expected to provide exceptional service, ensuring we always treat customers fairly and deliver the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee post-completion loan servicing activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Work across a range of loan portfolios for clients including banks, specialist lenders, and private equity funds.
• Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a fair and empathetic approach.
• Handle sensitive customer conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in the mortgage/lending industry.
• Basic knowledge of buy-to-let mortgages and specialist finance in the UK.
• Understanding of applicable regulations governing the financial services industry.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the loan redemption process.
• Industry-recognised qualifications.
