Loans Operations Analyst / Loan IQ Specialist

Location: London (2 days per week onsite, with additional office attendance during onboarding)

Rate: Up to £500 per day (Umbrella)

Contract: Until 31 March 2027 (current end date, subject to business requirements)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Loans Operations Analyst with Loan IQ experience to join a specialist banking team supporting large-scale loan servicing and change activity across the EMEA region.

This opportunity sits within a close-knit team responsible for the management and administration of loan facilities, supporting a variety of operational activities including loan re-bookings, risk participations, repayment schedule management, and data quality initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Loan IQ experience and a solid understanding of loan servicing who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can quickly contribute to ongoing business priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the administration and maintenance of loan facilities within Loan IQ.
Manage and update repayment schedules and related loan data.
Assist with loan re-booking activity across multiple branches within the EMEA region.
Support risk participation and sell-down activities.
Review and resolve operational queries in a timely manner.
Ensure records and transactions are accurately maintained within operational systems.
Work closely with colleagues across Operations, Front Office, and other key business areas.
Contribute to process improvement and data quality initiatives.
Assist with change programmes and organisational projects affecting the loans portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Experience working within a loan servicing, loans operations, loan administration, or middle office environment.
Hands-on experience using Loan IQ in a day-to-day operational capacity.
Good understanding of loan products and loan lifecycle processes.
Experience maintaining loan records, schedules, or transactional data.
Ability to investigate and resolve operational queries.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

Nice to Have

Exposure to loan documentation.
Experience supporting syndicated or corporate lending portfolios.
Knowledge of risk participations, sell-downs, or loan re-booking activities.
Experience supporting change, migration, or remediation projects
