Job Description

A leading multi-channel retailer in the Lancashire region is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work on in-store marketing campaigns and ensure in-store branding, point of sale signage and promotions are ‘on-brand’. This is an exciting position, and the job holder will continue to be challenged with an evolving role as the business continues grow and diversify.

About the role
You will play a lead role in the delivery of the Local Marketing strategy, with responsibility for engaging with local customers through in store promotions, running loyalty schemes as well as partnerships with local charities, community organisations and traders. You will play a key role in the delivery of promotional literature and point of sale signage, overseeing the cycle from agency briefing to managing the creative and print production processes to implementation in their stores. You will also ensure that in-store marketing activity is integrated across other functions in the business, acting as the source of information on retail marketing activity.

About you
This would suit a creative marketing executive from a retail or other related consumer focused industry who has good experience in Marketing Communications underpinned by some knowledge of print production. You must be able to demonstrate excellent project management and organisation skills as well the ability to communicate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
