Job Description - Locality Manager

We are looking for a confident and experienced Locality Manager to join a Housing Association in Birmingham on a permanent basis.

Job Title: Locality Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £44k - £50k
Working Hours: Full time - Hybrid

Responsibilities of a Locality Manager:

Lead tailored neighbourhood planning by using tenant insights, promoting community empowerment, and addressing local issues in collaboration with partners.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards while upholding the organisation's values across all services.
Enhance visibility and engagement through local events, clear communication, and demonstrating how tenant feedback shapes service delivery.
Monitor service performance to ensure value for money and co-design preventative solutions that promote tenancy sustainability and community stability.

What we're looking for:

Experience managing projects and working across different team
Skilled at building relationships and influencing others.
Strong understanding of tenancy and neighbourhood management, including antisocial behaviour and safeguarding.
Comfortable with budget management and reporting.
Able to create a culture that focuses on tenant needs and continuous improvement.
