We are recruiting for an experienced Locksmith (Garage Door Specialist) & Carpenter to join a social housing contractor covering Harlow and surrounding areas.
Duties include:

Repairing and replacing garage doors and locking systems
Fitting and repairing locks, handles, and security hardware
Carrying out general carpentry repairs, including doors, frames, skirting, and kitchen units
Working within occupied and void social housing properties
Delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service
Requirements:

Proven Locksmith and Carpentry experience
Social housing or maintenance background preferred
Full UK Driving Licence
Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and must hold or be willing to obtain Asbestos Awareness certification.
