Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working available)
Hourly rate: Competitive
Job Type: Full time and Part time available

Contract Length: Mix of contract lengths

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) to support our clients based in Birmingham, we have a large number of clients within Birmingham who are regularly requiring locums on short and long term contracts with the majority of roles being hybrid working.

Role Overview:

* Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.

* Providing sound legal advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

* Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders professionally.

Requirements:

* 4+ year PQE

* Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law.

* Ability to work on a locum/interim basis

* Excellent communication and client-care skills.

* Able to hit the ground running
