ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Warehouse manager to join a specialist catering brand on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Oversee the packing and unpacking of equipment for events, following a structured process.
• Liaise with Event Managers (EMs) to confirm packing lists and schedule timings for deliveries and returns.
• Ensure all equipment, including packaging, tableware, platters, aprons, linens, and other materials, are properly logged and maintained.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and efficiently stocked.
• Maintain a log for all supplier deliveries (including hire items, alcohol, laundry, and other stock) and ensure timely returns.

Requirements:

• A clean, valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics, ideally within the events or hospitality industry.
• Confident and experienced driver, comfortable driving vans and managing vehicle schedules.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams across departments.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in inventory management, logistics, and food safety.
