Location: Thriplow, Cambridgeshire
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Logistics Operative to join a well-established business based in Thriplow, Cambridgeshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous logistics, warehouse or goods-in/goods-out experience who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment.

Our client is looking for an organised and motivated individual who can support the smooth running of daily logistics operations.

Due to the rural location in Thriplow, candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have their own transport.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries.

Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.

Organising stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Supporting the movement of goods and materials around the site.

Preparing orders and ensuring deliveries are dispatched on time.

Working closely with warehouse and production teams.

Completing relevant paperwork and stock documentation.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Assisting with general logistics and warehouse duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or a similar environment.

Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Good communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Forklift experience would be advantageous.

What's on Offer?

£13.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Monday to Friday working hours.

7:30am – 5:00pm.
