Job Description - Logistics Administrator

Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Location: Near Crawley
Contract Type: 12 months FTC
Salary: £25,000
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join a growing operations team that plays a critical role in supporting the adoption and long-term performance of physical assets. This role is essential to ensuring data integrity, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting customer needs through efficient asset management and service delivery.

You'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in maintaining data accuracy and driving operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and are looking to contribute to a high-growth area of business, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update asset records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and exception reporting to ensure system integrity.
  • Monitor asset movement and recovery to support lifecycle management.
  • Ensure assets are registered and accounted for within operational systems post-installation.
  • Provide high-quality front-line support to internal teams and external customers.
  • Contribute to the production and delivery of performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Meet service level agreements and maintain a customer-focused approach in all communications.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance your technical and operational knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and promote health and safety in all activities.

You're someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Able to deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, flexible attitude.

You have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A professional and clear telephone manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience working with databases or systems in an administrative or operational role (desirable, not essential).
