Logistics Administrator

Are you looking for your next opportunity within Logistics, Shipping or Supply Chain? We are supporting a successful and growing business with the recruitment of a Logistics Administrator to join their busy operations team at their offices near Horsham.

This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation that works with customers across multiple regions, offering a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring goods are delivered efficiently, accurately and on time. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will support the smooth running of the logistics function, managing shipments, updating systems and ensuring customers receive the service they expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating customer shipments and collections, ensuring goods are delivered within agreed timescales. 
Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 
Providing customers with updates regarding deliveries and resolving any queries. 
Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams to support smooth operations. 
Updating ERP and transport management systems with relevant shipment information. 
About You:

Previous experience within Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain or a similar coordination role. 
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. 
Good attention to detail, particularly when working with documentation and systems. 
Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. 
Experience using ERP or transport systems would be beneficial.
What’s on offer:

Monday-Friday / 8.30am-5pm
Salary £28,000 - £30,000pa DOE.
