Logistics Administrator – Redhill

Are you experienced in logistics, export or supply chain administration? We’re hiring a Logistics Administrator to join a busy and growing commodities trading company based in Redhill, Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics, export or shipping admin experience to develop their career in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate international freight shipments
  


• Communicate daily with global customers and suppliers
  


• Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation
  


• Negotiate competitive freight and courier rates
  


• Provide admin support to the commodities trading team
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, export, supply chain or freight administration
  


• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  


• Confident, organised and able to work under pressure
  


• A proactive team player with good problem-solving skills
  

Job Details

• Office-based in Redhill, Surrey
  


• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  


• Competitive salary of £23,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
