In this role you will manage bookings, issue reports, facilitate equipment checks, conduct general administrative tasks, conduct stock counts, and manage calendars for managers and directors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or facility co-ordination. They will have an eye for detail and good administrative skills. There are no minimum academic requirements, as it your personality and willingness to get the job done that will set you apart.

The Role

• Organising bookings, manage shipments
• Order processing and supplies management
• Visitor co-ordination and other administrative tasks

• Strong organisational skills
• Adaptable and happy in fast paced environments
• Detail oriented and a full UK drivers licence
